Sunboard Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Sunboard. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Sunboard after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to regularly check these Terms for updates.

2. Service Description

Sunboard is a B2B SaaS platform that specializes in helping our customers onboard their users. We do this by offering for example (but not limited to) product tours, onboarding checklists and knowledge docs.

3. User Eligibility and Accounts

Sunboard is intended for use by businesses and their authorized representatives. By creating an account, you affirm that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business entity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Sunboard operates on a subscription basis. The current fee ranges between $19 and $149 per month depending on which features and/or MAU (monthly active users). MAUs are reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over if unused.

Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partial months of service or unused credits. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

Sunboard is designed specifically for creating tailored customer onboarding experiences. You agree to use our service only for this intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to: onboarding for illegal activities, creating misleading or fraudulent onboarding, and any use that could bring Sunboard into disrepute.

6. Intellectual Property and Content

All content you create using Sunboard is owned by you. However, you grant Sunboard a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and analyze the input and output data to improve our services.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and how you use it. This includes ensuring compliance with advertising standards, intellectual property laws, and other relevant regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sunboard is provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties. While we strive for high-quality output, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any specific purpose.

Sunboard is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our service, including but not limited to, loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

8. Service Availability and Updates

We aim to provide uninterrupted access to Sunboard, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, with or without notice, for maintenance, updates, or any other reason.

We may release updates or new features for Sunboard. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified service.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Sunboard immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, your sole recourse is to discontinue the use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
